# Capability, not dependency
The best consulting engagements make themselves unnecessary. Everything we deliver is designed to be owned and operated by your team, and team enablement is where we make that explicit. Rather than leaving you reliant on outside help for every change, we invest in your people so the capability stays in the building.
That might run alongside a delivery engagement, upskilling your team on the platform we’re building together. It can also stand alone: lifting a team’s confidence with technology they’ve inherited but never been properly introduced to.
# Hands-on workshops
We run practical, hands-on workshops on the technologies modern infrastructure runs on:
- Docker and containers, from first principles to production-ready images
- Kubernetes: deploying, operating, and troubleshooting real workloads
- Linux administration, debugging, and the command-line fluency everything else builds on
- Networking: how traffic flows, and how to diagnose it when it doesn’t
- CI/CD: building pipelines your team understands and can extend
Sessions use your own systems and real scenarios wherever possible. The skills transfer far better when the examples are the ones your team will face on Monday morning.
# Coaching and documentation
Workshop skills fade unless they’re used within weeks — so we don’t stop at workshops. We pair with your engineers on real work, review and improve your runbooks (or write them where they don’t exist), and make sure operational knowledge lives in shared documentation rather than in one person’s head.
It’s the same principle as the handover stage of every engagement we run. When we step away, your team carries the work forward, with the confidence and the reference material to back it up.
